That's right! In little old Mattoon, IL, it turns out there is a Cardi that lives in my same subdivision! We were getting out of the car after Dudley's obedience class when this car comes speeding to a halt in front of our house--when what should pop out of the window, but a fluffy Cardi head!! Never one to state the obvious, I yell out "A Cardi!!" I was so excited, but I forgot to ask if they wanted to set up a play date before they went away

Jeni, how exciting for you - now you have the possibility of starting up your own get togethers; maybe these people know other Cardi owners also.

I don't think there are any other Cardis. My vet said she had only ever seen one other and these people go to my vet, so...unless there are a plethora of Cardis at the crappy little vet across town, I'd say I'm out of luck. But, there should be at least one Pem somewhere around...I'll have to seek her out next

My goodness Jeni! That is wonderfull news. It seems to me that the campaign to save the Cardigan must be working. I am a bit concerned, however... Two Cardigans in one neighborhood...that might be on the verge of an overpopulation of Cardis!
