Corgi Neck Size - Need your help!!

We have decided we are going to keep Georgia (yay yay) and so now I want to buy her a new collar and lead. I love the lupine collars and leads because of the guarantee and quality.. Douglas has one in blue.. and I want to get Georgia the matching pink one.

So.. I am at work and I want to order her one online. I know I want 3/4" width, but am unsure of the length I need.. and don't have Douglas here with me to measure it.

Should I get a 9 - 13" length collar or a 12 - 20" one?!?

Tape measure tightly round 2yr old Abby's neck is 15 inches.

I just bought Millie a new collar, it's a 16" length.

12" to 20" would be my recommendation. Most of the corgis around here range 16" to 18" in collar size, with a few 14" ones around.
