Dang...I didn't think to use cardboard boxes as stairs. I just don't McGyver well. Good idea as mine sleep with me also. I lowered my bed by setting my mattresses on the floor inside the frame. I have big mattresses. LOL

The boxes were actually my mom's idea. When I was at her house the other night I mentioned wanting to buy some stairs for Waeryn that I saw someone buying at my work, but my mom said "Why spend money when you can just use boxes?" Lowering your bed was a good idea too though.

With regard to quirks...hmmm, where should I begin...??! ( and he's still a baby, LOL!!)
Among other things, Tucker now LOVES to chase an ice cube all over the kitchen, dining room wherever he can, when given the opportunity. He will grab it and run and then drop it when it gets too cold and bark at it and bat it across the floor, pick it up in his mouth again, run, drop it, bark, bat it around, and over and over until it disappears ( I think he's still trying to figure out what magical force makes his special toy disappear in front of his eyes...) When he hears the ice dispenser on the refrigerator door he jumps and makes a BEELINE for the kitchen in hopes of a stray cube hitting the floor..!!

Taylor has a maddening trait of lining up one Corgi only during the monthly WWCWC walks/romps and giving that poor girl/boy most of his attention the entire time.

Tucker has "Doggy Steps" to get on the bed. They're quite inexpensive compared to many other doggy step style solutions.
https://www.asseenontvnetwork.com/vc...ysteps/172352/ They work GREAT!
