Funny article... - 12-17-2007, 01:49 PM

A friend of mine wrote this article about dog, and Corgi ownership, recently and has posted to his Web Site. Here’s the link…

SeacoastNH.com - The Corgi Conundrum

I met Dennis and his wife though dogs obviously. Byron and Beebe love to run on Seapoint Beach in Kittery Maine – which is a great spot to go with your dog at least on the off-season. They also came to our recent Corgi get together in Kingston NH

I encourage you to check out the links to other Corgi articles on the page. Also, check out the rest of the site. There is a lot of information of the history of the SE New Hampshire and going on in the area. He has also written a few books on the history of the area.

Enjoy…..

Oh! Thank you for sharing that!

The start of your friends' article:

"I am worried. I can no longer clearly see the boundary line between being a normal healthy dog owner or becoming one of those obsessed dogocentric weirdos. I fear we are skating along the border."

Geez, that sounds like someone I know. Ohhhh! It's me. heehee

My other favorite line from his writing is, "It was like a dog, only shorter." LOL

Very well written and worth a read or two!

Thanks again! Invite them to join GoCorgi...putting them one step closer...

Thanks for posting the link! I always enjoy reading stories about other Corgis and their owners!

Pat shared this link with me earlier as I had already met the fellow that wrote the article at Kingston. I laughted so hard I was tearing up. Dennis has such dry humor, like a Yankee. In person he is just as entertaining. Anyone who has a corgi would enjoy this writing, but that is not all he writes about. Check out his story about Topless bars.
