Please Help! Uploading Photos No Response From Posting At Technical Question Forum!!!

I posted this in the forum for technical questions days ago and have received no response from those who run the site so if anyone can please direct me to whom this should go, I would much appreciate it!!!
Hi,
I've been trying over and over for a few weeks now to upload photos. I went to the upload photos sections, clicked browse, found the photos, filled out the info and clicked on it to upload. Each time, after a minute or so, I get a message stating that there was an error uploading the photos and to contact the webmaster. When I click on contact the webmaster, it doesn't give an email addy, it gives an http address.
I'd love to upload photos! These are JPeg images. help.

I saw your post on the "drop box" forum. It sounds like you're doing it right, so I'm not sure what to tell you. One thing I did notice right after the site got hacked is that we weren't able to upload photos for a couple days after the site came back online. Then we could post photos again. Maybe Stephen has taken the photo posting back down? I'm sure he'll check in over the next few days and help with an answer.

Well I uploaded a new picture of Charlie and Cosine just to see if it worked. I'm pretty sure I did exactly what you are describing, so I can't figure out why it's not taking your uploads??? Are you trying to post in the photo gallery, or inside a forum thread?

I'm trying to upload in the members gallery. I've even reduced the size, I've tried everything. I still haven't gotten any answer from the "webmasters". I'm thinking it may have something to do with moderation and the recent hacking. When I initially did my avatar picture, I had no problem at all. I've tried multiple pictures in multiple sizes and none will go through, not even my avatar picture that went through just fine initially!! (Maybe I'm being moderated for some reason, who knows???!!)
We recently added Tucker's mother, Abby , to our family and I'd love to upload some pictures of Abby, as well as updated ones of Tucker but nothing is working.
Thanks so much for responding!
Hopefully someone from the webmaster end will check messages and respond.
Otherwise, I'm not going to try again until I hear something. I've wasted a ton of time trying different photos, different sizes etc.

Wynn have you gotten the picture uploading issue resolved? My problem has been fixed, they needed to activate my account.
