Yes to everything you said Debbie, but I don't think the meal ingredients that our young member listed is a killer. Ok, he/she may or may not get an upset tummy, but nothing like an upset tummy is going to be permanent or severe and from the second time round things should fall into place/settle down.
Nick Cave says that for total benefit of AAFCO-approved food, supplements should not be more than 10 percent by weight per meal of the dry food content. I must say that I sometimes get up to 20 percent - but Taylor and I aren't too worried about that. Here is a great once a week meal for Taylor : 1 full slice of Vogal (12 grain) toasted bread a blob of peanut butter A cooked egg (hard boiled, hard poached or scrambled) a couple of tablespoons of cooked brown rice diced pieces of cooked ox heart half a cup of mixed veggies such as raw broccoli, cauli, corgette, pumpkin and cooked carrot. |
