Is She Trying to Rescue Me? - 03-17-2008, 07:20 PM

When I hide under a blanket and scream or whine Waeryn always starts digging frantically at the covers. Usually I come out from under the covers, but a couple of times she has managed to get the covers off my head. Everytime she sees me after this she wags her tail like crazy and tries to lick all over my face. Is she actually trying to dig me out? Or is there another reason behind her digging? Has anyone else had a dog that would do this?

That sounds cute in any case....colby digs on the bed between us until he gets "his" spot...also if either pup is rough with us or catches us off guard sometimes i will yell out, not on purpose, but the other dog is always right there to see whos hurting mumma...my little bodyguards....

Corgis love being 'trapped' under a sheet or a blanket Another game they love is the 'animal' under a sheet or blanket that moves around and might appear to try and grab. The 'animal' turns out to be mum or dad's hand. Corgis love bedroom games - the make believe parts of the bedroom hidden by bedclothing.
