I know Dudley lays like this alot, especially when we've come in after a walk. He sprawls out with his back feet behind him and just lays there. Cracks me up everytime

It's one of the most common of all things that a Corgi does. It is of the breed but it is also prevalent in a couple of other breeds but maybe not to the same extent. Taylor constantly does it and it always looks like a very relaxed thing to do - he wouldn't lie with his back leg extended outwards if he was uptight or anxious. My immediate previous Corgi had ligament ops on both his back legs so he unfortunately couldn't perform this act by the time he was three years old. And I always felt sorry for him that he was missing out of an obviously comfortable thing to do
I wonder why I have not seen Cody do this yet. I often find him on the tile
floor sleeping on his side or back, but I have not seen the feet out back yet??

Lnda - some Corgis just don't do it. It does require flexibility so maybe some Corgis are not as flexible as they could be. But that Cody does not do it as a pup doesn't necessarily mean he won't be doing it when he gets older - just a little less likely, I suppose. I had another Corgi who seldom did it - and when he did, it was a bonus to me. Some put one leg back only - Taylor does this more often than both legs.

I do think when they lay like that it is the cutest thing and my other Corgi
girl did it all the time - I wonder if female Corgis do it more than males?;
however, I do love when I enter a room a find him sleeping on his back.
Reba usually either lies on her belly with both feet off to the same side or lies on her back with the front legs pointing to one side and the back legs either pointing the opposite direction. With their own personalities come their own "special" ways of doing things.
