Talking emma

Not sure if Cody was barking because he initially heard someone out there, or if it was the noises from the fireworks, but I think it was because of the noise. Maybe this is a prelude of what is to come when the 4th comes around and he starts hearing all the fireworks.

My 12 yr old corgi gets very frightened of fireworks popping noises so I put her in her crate for 7/4, just while the fireworks are going on. I just got a corgi pup who is 5 months old so I'm curious how he will act. He will definitely be in the house but I may or may not crate him. Depends how he acts.

Boys and their fireworks! Hope that's the worst of it for you, Linda.

We had the first fireworks of the area Friday.Pockets did quite well actually. He was more curious then nevous. Although he had dumb and dumber to take the lead from. Belle, german shepard mix, literally tried crawling onto my lap and Tinker, chow lab mix, barked at every popping noise. Thank goodness he went the other way! Gave me and my sister a laugh while scrapping though!!

Really ?????
Maybe a southern thing...lol

In the middle of the night you sneak to someones house and roll thier yard ( trees, house, cars anything that doesnt move ) with toilet paper.

One of the many favorites of teens, really bad at halloween.

We call it TPing (toiletpapering). The big prank around here is throwing eggs at mailboxes and license plates...really annoying and a pain to clean up. I'm a little anxious to see how Dudley will handle the fireworks. Unfortunately, fourth of July weekend we have to attend a wedding and he will have to be boarded for some of the fireworks displays around here, so we'll have to see how it goes.

Okay,

toilet papering, oh yes, I have seen houses and trees around here all decorated with that. I just never heard it called "yard rolling"

The egg thing would not be good. The fireworks display the other night was a first for us.

Leah's grammer is sometimes terrible - but I believe she thinks she is texting and any word that sounds right is ok.

I've had two Corgis who just loved being around fireworks. So not all Corgis find gunpowder and whizzy things terrifying.

Michael: take it easy on Leah we are very happy that she is giving us feedback. She helps her grandmother figure out these blasted machines.

THANK YOU JANE

Micheal - Leah just turned 10 years old! She is still learning typing and spelling! I really think you should pick on someone your own age Mr Moderator
