At six weeks the pigment on the nose should be mostly filled in. That it is not completely filled in, well ... could be diet, could be breeder is feeding from plastic dishes (remember we've just had this conversation <g>), could be puppies haven't had much outside time. With winter puppies, sometimes the pigment can be a little slower coming in because they don't have the opportunity to be outside as much due to weather. What drew my attention more was the lack of eyeliner (black pigment surrounding the eye). Any of the above "could be's" could also contribute to that lack of pigment.
