My pups wag their little stumps all the time. They use the tail (what is left of it anyway) to express many different ideas. I love the tail wags, short or long or not at all.

Haha Zoe will wag her nub and that lil' fluffy behind all the time! Especially when she sees new people! The first time she really started doing her butt dance, we started singing "wiggle it just a little bit.. wiggle it..." although the lyrics should've been-- wiggle it... A LOT.
