All of the happiest Birthday wishes to you, Miss Montrose!
The photos are most beautiful and what a lovely lady she grew into. I hope that you will enjoy many more birthdays with your wonderful little girl Barbara.

Barbara - a happy birthday to Montrose. What a gal! She deservs her days in the sun. What a pleasure to you and your family she has been - and still is.
One of my Pems, named Troy, also had back leg difficulties. He lived til he was 13 and a half and I had to carry him to grassy areas in his last several months - otherwise he would have to drag his back legs on hard surfaces.
Troy was one of my show champions and he was a compact Corgi with a reasonably short haired coat. But he was very alert and pretty and was a natural in the ring. In fact he had errect ears at three days old. Yes three days -so there was no wondering if his ears would spring up.
Oh, my heart just swelled when I read your lovely posting honoring Montrose's 12th Birthday! Such a lucky dog to be loved so completely! Here's to wishing for many more happy and loving years!!
