CorgiPrincess,

How can you sleep at night - you must be so excited to get this new little bundle of fur.

I haven't been sleeping We still have only an air mattress, no furniture yet, so we moved that by the kitchen so when she comes we can be near her, to hear if she needs to go out. We did a petco shopping spree today, buying all the puppy essentials, including a pink puppy kong.

I am lucky I have my horse to keep me busy!

That red colour is so deep she'll catch fire for sure.

Thank you all. We were hoping she'd be very red, and are excited to see how her color continues to change. The days are ticking by so slowly but I read my recommended dog books, watch Animal Planet, and of course surf this site, and that gives me all the good knowlege I'll need when she arrives.

Good point about being able to sense it, and quite possibly hear it as well from upstairs I suppose we'll just have to see what happens....

There are always baby monitors if you are concerned about not hearing her
I remember, however, being so tired and not even hearing my kids over the baby monitors - not good.
