I realllllllly want to talk to her.

I know that there are many many many many people on this forum that feel the same way that she feels.

I also just plain dont know what to do about it, other than ignore it. I would love to make a difference and change it just not sure how. But I feel its the reason that this great board is growing slowly and not a lot of involvement from current members.

I think I will email stephen with my concerns.

I'm very disappointed that this forum has lost CorgiMom as well - she is a good person with lots of advice and interest to add - I hope that we don't lose anyone else.
Opinions are opinions and we are all allowed to have them -they should be respected whether we agree with each other or not. Surely the reason for this forum - our beloved Corgis could keep us on track.

Ok im at a loss here.

I am seeing messages that Corgimom just posted today? Linda was very nice when I recently had a bad experience with another member. She is one of the reasons why I decided to continue posting etc...I don't need to know what happened but I would like to express my thanks to her for being such a nice person and sending messages of support. Corgimom has decided to leave the board. I hope she is still reading the forum and changes her mind. She has made such a positive influence on this board and it wont be the same without her.

I think all of us at some point have had some negative comments from other members that are really just rude, and have no place here.

I too had some problems a few months ago and almost left, and other members really helped me to see how much good we can all get and give here on this board, and I have stayed and just really tried to ignore smartelic's (sp) its not always easy, but if we leave then they win.

So Linda if your reading this PLEASE............ reconsider. Dont make me beg......... Unless you've been baking cookies then I will be happy to beg....LOL

It is Linda, corgimom that has left. For obvious reasons. I am in touch with her and will let her know about the suupport you are offering her.

Myself, CorgiMum, Barbara, I am not quitting Go Corgi. I help moderate a pet board with 14 other moderators. With 469 members, almost all of them active. We've made nearly 400,000 posts since we started in Jan 2004, average number of active posters per day, about 50.

With the few posts per day, and the very few active members here, GC coud probably manage with one, at the most 2 moderators. It would be helpfull if at least one was in this continent, to be here when the posting is active. It would also be helpful if the moderator was not posting the type of comments that are being made here, making it impossible for a free speach, learning situation.

Linda, and other members, myself included, have been treated very rudely say the least, by the Go Corgi moderator. Any member on another moderated board would have been taken that person to task, and by now that person would not be allowed to post. (those type of comments)
