Question Embedding .jpgs in text

Hi all,

I want to post my review on the Champ K-9 seat belt system I've been using. I know that to add a jpeg thumbnail to your post, you use the Manage Attachments option. What I can't seem to do is embedd a single picture, type a few more lines of text, add another picture, etc. So far the pictures just seem to end up at the end of the message. I'd like to embedd them throughout the text to illustrate the different points I'm making.

Does anyone know if this is possible, or, alternately, if it's possible to title the thumbnail attachments?

Thanks,
-Debi

Deb,

I personally have never seen what you are describing on here; I am not sure how that could be done; maybe if you PM Stephen he can answer that question for you. I would like to know myself.

The only way I know is to click on the 'Insert Image' picture icon on top of the message, but you have to have an URL for your pic. I use Image Shack. You can choose what size you wish the pic to be. I shall have a go at inserting two different sizes with text between.

Hope this is going to work. I have never tried it before !!

Only way to find out is to submit this message !!

HOORAY !!! It worked !!!!!

I thought I would try putting some small pics imbedded in the text line.
Let me try this and see what happens if I actually put them in the text line like this.

That works too !!!!

Thanks Linda, KatC.

I found Image Shack's site. As soon as I get a bit of free time I'll get something set up and post my review w/ pics.

To embed an image, the image must be uploaded to another server first.
Then, just as KatC mentioned, click on the Insert Image button

OR

use this code where you want the image to appear:
http://link_to_image (minus the spaces in the IMG code)
Let me know, if you can't get it to work.
