Now that we have reached an amazing 600 membership, I thought it would be fun to express our "positive only" thoughts of our Go Corgi Board in the way of celebration.
I have been browsing other sites recently and it made me stop and think how fortunate we are to have such a great group of loving "owned by a corgi" people. (not that other sites don't love their dogs) I personally think our group is great. We are helpful, willing to share sad and happy stories. Celebrate and grieve together and support each other in our walk with our beloved corgis. We express ideas, give advice freely and willingly to all that ask and hope to make a difference in the raising of this special breed. Thanks everyone!!!

Good idea for a thread Bonnie.
I was thinking earlier that I had missed my Corgi friends while I was away, even though I've never met any of you in person and probably never will. Everything Bonnie said about GoCorgi really makes it a community more than just a forum and I think that's what I like about it.

This board really did a 360 in 06. I remember around Nov. or so of 05 when I joined the board, Michael R. and Jane Austen were the only posters and now it really has blossomed into a super board filled with nice folks. Basically no trolls or troublemakers which is very unusual for a discussion group. So kudos to the administrators and posters who have made this a huge success.

It has been great to meet so many other people and share wonderful stories about their Corgis and other pets; who else would want to listen to some of the silly stuff we talk about, other than people who love their Corgis.
I look forward to logging on each day to see what new things are going on in "our Corgi family" Non Corgi owners, just do not understand
