In addition to the PWCCA members lists in VA you were given, contact the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of the Potomac <http://www.pwccp.org>. They have a listing of member breeders. Oct 7-9 there will be their annual herding weekend. This should give you a good start for finding responsible, reputable breeders.
