Thank you, Michael. You are too kind. I'll just say Milo is handsome right now and recuperating well.

Thanks for all the well wishes. I know dressing our dogs is for our fun and amusement most of the time. If they don't fight it and enjoy it, it's very sweet for the right occasion!

It's one of the rare things that Milo isn't moving but just standing on me taking a picture. Usually he's moving a lot!

I have to find Jackie a costume - so far nothing has really caught my eye! I loved Tuck's bus costume last year . . . are you for hire Susan? I trained Jackie early to accept costumes & hats. She will not wear them for hours, but will tolerate them for up to 30 minutes . . . long enough for a photo shoot or brief public appearance! If I kept up the treats, she would probably leave it on longer, but we haven't had occasion to test that theory yet!

Milo looks GREAT in his dino costume!!!!

And Jackie's booties didn't last long either. So now we just make sure to clean off her feet as soon as we come back in, to get any salt or other gunk off.

I have a feeling that Jackie has her own space in Jessica's closet for her special little costumes

I'm wondering is this with all dogs that they don't like to wear a sweater, costume or booties? Or is it some dogs?

Sweetlychee - Those were cute pics.

I bought Rhys a little Frankenstein costume, with little fake arms (his front legs go through the "legs"). I tried it on this weekend, but every time he walks he walks out of the legs! I can't keep it on long enough to take a picture!

Maybe I'll just wrap him in some foil and say he's a baked potato.

oh, that is so adoragble. Please post the pics when you get a chance. That's really the Halloween spirit! I would love to see that outfit.

The baked potato is very fitting also! Very round!

T-gal: The schnauzer definitely needs the sweaters a bit more but that is so nice of you to consider their short hair. I have seen some people take their toy dogs out in the dead of winter with NO sweaters on. I have seen small short haired dogs literally shaking and freezing.

Most say corgis don't need the sweater but it gives me extra security that they have something also.

Oh I would love to see sweet Rhys dressed as a baked potato! Too funny! And now you will have to get a costume for Andy too! OOOO . . . idea . . . maybe they could be Raggedy Ann & Andy!

And now Jackie finally has a costume, thanks to the link provided by Checkers Grandma. She is going to be a Tiki Dog - complete with bikini top, grass hula skirt, and flower lei!
