Is it normal to ship a dog from out of state? Will the puppy be ok?

It is not an uncommon thing. I've had one flown to me and she did just fine. Have you found a potential breeder? Do they have a website for you to share puppy pictures?

The puppies are safe. There are rules and regulations for a dog to fly. All of mine flew and were fine! Betty Ann Seely has pictures of all of her dogs and puppies on her website.
