Jackie is a beauty! Zia wags all of the time. She is always happy. I've never seen her upset or mad before!

The tail makes such a difference to the look of a corgi.
We are in Australia, where docking has essentially been banned.

My corgi Douglas has a full tail. It's really the most huge tail you have ever seen.
Would make a fox jealous. And although he is red and white.. his tail is covered in black hairs. A lot of people assume that he is a corgi x because of his tail.

In Australia, corgi breeders are having to pay particular attention to the tail sets of their corgis, something that never was a problem before. Douglas's tail sits flat normally but curls over his back when he is happy or doing zoomies which is lucky.. because as you can see, his tail touches the ground and could get injured easily in the garden if he didn't pick it up.

He is adorable, his tail looks a lot like our wolfs in shape and the way it hangs down from his back.

It does. It's quite thick and very bushy. It wags like crazy when he is happy...
Which is always.. he is such a loon. haha.

He is cute and looks happy; just a bit hard for me to get used to that bushy thing sticking up on his butt

I know Linda... that's what a lot of people say when they first meet him...

it doesn't bother him and he doesn't know any different.
does give another element to corgi zoomies though.

The pictures remind me of Digger - he had the prettiest tail and it was always curled up over his back. His tail had black hairs also. Thanks for sharing.

Bec, Douglas is very cute! He has a very lovely tail. Like, linda, it takes me off guard for a moment there... just not used to seeing the pem with a tail. He has a lovely smile too!

Douglas is so cute. I love that tail! I'm like the others, I'm not used to seeing a tail there!

Douglas has a beautiful tail - and don't even get me started on the face! I can see how carrying it high would help out when running through brush!

Chip's tail is about an inch long too and is real cute when he wags it. Dale actually has a little nubbin that wags now that he is a little older you can see it.
