Twinkie is doing grand and in all probability will be at the TN picnic. She lost 3+LBS the first month and continues to be vocal, making sure squirrels know to stay out of her territory and playing with her new frisbee. We have had a couple of promising leads for potential homes too.

The Cascade Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club has a rescue program
Cascade Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club, Inc. (CPWCC) and would be worth checking with them. Breeders will also sometimes have "older" dogs for placement, so that may be an option to look at as well.
