I thought it would be too selfish to not mention this quilt because I bought one batch of tickets and know by spreading the word, I reduce my chances of winning. Even though I would love this quilt, the money goes toward a good cause and thus I'm passing this information on. You can buy raffle tickets on line through paypal! The link is right on the page. Click on the link because it is worth seeing the beautiful quilt.

CWCNRT Quilt Raffle

A gorgeous Bev Smeed quilt will be raffled to benefit rescue through the Cardigan Welsh Corgi National Rescue Trust. There are 12 squares, each showing a different season and part of the US, and each with Cardigan or two in it.

VERY smart of them to post a paypal link. I think they'll be surprised at the number of tickets they sell that way.

I'm all over this... You people don't even need to bother....

Do you think my chances would increase if I purchased a set of tickets spread out over time rather than all at once? Or is random, just random?

Hmm, why am I asking you, you want it too!!!!!

I think your chances will increase if you buy LOTS of tickets....all together...spread out over time... collaborating with me....and putting them all in my name

BEAUTIFUL quilt.

Quilt For the Pem Folks - 04-05-2007, 05:25 PM

A lovely lady who has two corgis from our rescue program has a quilt on E-bay right now.

Her work is beautiful and this is the fourth one, that I know of at least, which will help benefit corgis. She has done two for the Palmetto club specifically, one of them a wall hanging playing on the fairy legend. She did one for the PWCCA National and then a portion of the sales of this one will go to rescue.

Thought I'd spread the "temptation" around and include the Pembroke owners too.

Debbie
