I placed this in the rescue forum as ALL the proceeds from this VERY special auction go to Corgi Aid. For those looking for unique Halloween costumes, this may be just the place to shop. Corgidom lost a dear friend when this special lady passed away.

Gosh Debbie - she looks very young in those pictures. It is sad. I love the Santa costumes so I may have to bid.

She was young Bonnie and unfortunately was too ill to attend the last two picnics when you came. Melissa and Mystery would do skits as a part of the entertainment for the picnic, she was a very talented trainer and was successfully involved in agility, obedience, herding, freestyle - you name it. She also had a huge heart and did therapy visits 3 to 4 days a week to pediactric cancer patients for one example. Then there were school visits where she would help teach safety around dogs among other things. One skit they did was on fire safety and Mystery would "save" a Sheltie family from a burning building and teach children how to stop, drop and roll. Her Mystery is in the TN Animal Hall of Fame.

She was also a great friend to corgis. Besides the providing entertainment at picnics, the Shelties would also go through the crowd carry baskets in their mouths collecting donations for Corgi Aid. She was just a very special, talented lady and is missed very much.

I have never heard of the TN Animal Hall of Fame. Please tell about it. I wish I could have met her. Such a sad thing
