Bladder leakage - 01-16-2008, 10:24 AM

My corgi Bonnie is 4 yrs old this year. This seemed to come suddenly.
She would be sound asleep and leak the contents of her bladder.
Is this common in corgis?? She is on Pronin(sp?) and it seems to help.
She HATES the pills. They are supposed to be chewable but she wont eat them. She has taken to hiding. Any advice or experience with this??

Hide the pills in something - cheese, hot dogs, under a dollop of yogurt in her food, cover in peanut butter or cream cheese ...

actually, if they have "pill pockets" where you are (you can usually get them at the vet) they have peanut butter flavors! it's like an empty treat, that you just wrap the pill in. (It's how our vet gives Westin his flea meds.
