Favorite Thanksgiving Dish of Miss Gambler

From my family to yours(ok, I was given this recipe from the chef at one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas, Dishes at Treasure Island, but it's Miss Gambler's favorite, and my favorite side dish, as well, so enjoy.)

CORN PUDDING

Put all these ingredients in a 2 quart baking dish:
1 lb home-style cornbread mix
1/2 pound Golden cut corn
16 oz can creamed corn
1/2 cup drawn butter
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
4 whole eggs
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Stir and let stand for an hour, then bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Another corn recipe:

4 cans of corn (drain all juice from corn)
2 cans of diced green chilies
1 package of cream cheese

Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on high until hot. (usually a couple of hours)

This is a great recipe. I'm always asked to bring this when we have potluck.

I don't cook a lot. That may be why I'm asked to bring it since you could hardly mess that up!
