My Dog wants to scrapbook with me!! - 03-12-2007, 11:54 PM

Just a note to self. Never Never Never leave scrapbook adhesive within reach of puppy. Oh my goodness. She got into my roll of scrapbooking sticky "dots"
Her paws were covered with them...and I didnt see what had happened until she ran through the yard. She came in with pine needles, dirt, grass and more attached to her "undercarriage" Luckily she was pretty good about letting me pull it off of her paws, although some of the adhesive had to be cut out. Poor baby. She didnt seem phased...but it sure was a mess. She had surgery the next day so the vet was able to get out the last bits of it while she was under!!!!!! Just wanted to share that experience with you all!!

Oh boy, good thing I don't have that hobby! It would be just one more thing for Trev to get into!

LOL I love to scrapbook too. So far The Girls havent helped but Chloe loves to help "un-fold" clothes for me.

I will have the towels in a nice stack to take to the bathroom and she runs to them thinking I've made her a nice big bed to pounce on! The Girl never met a pillow she didn't love!

I have used the adhesive Dots before and they can be quite sticky...I bet your pup was wondering why she couldn't shake those pine needles... .

That's funny. At least she was good about letting you remove them...she probably didn't like pine needles sticking to her.
