Rhys had a bout of itching and hot spots at about five months - turns out he had an allergic reaction to one or more flea bites. He Didn't HAVE fleas, but they would jump on him long enough at the dog park to bite. I had to start putting on his flea preventative every three weeks and I had to switch to Advantage from Frontline (my vet said Advantage is better for fleas). |
