You are right Peggy, it is IU not Mg. for the vitamin E. We were talking about
more about Vitamin C in the thread and I was not thinking

I figured it was something like that, I only mentioned it so people wouldn't be looking for the wrong thing and wondering why they couldn't find vit in mg designations.
