I had some dental work done earlier today and I told the dentist that Taylor needed a special dental instrument to scrape a few of his teeth, and the dentist gave me - free - a suitable instrument she would use for human dentistry. How nice of her. Now all I have to do is convince Taylor that before I use toothpaste on his teeth, he'll have to open wide and put up with a very sharp and lethal looking scalpel-type thing prodding around. The denist said to use it on Taylor's teeth, upwardly and not downwardly.

Ugh! If you think the vets are expensive . . . you don't even want to know about the dentists! Thank God for insurance!

You are right Jessica...my sons wisdom teeth recently being pulled -$1800...thank heavens for insurance> I keep telling my daughter - be a specialist in the Dental field $$$$$
