Click on the link above and follow the directions given by Stephen the administrator to add a picture with your post, or you can go to the left of the home page and click on "upload pictures", then browse, which you should then have access to the pictures you downloaded onto your computer, and post your picture in the gallery - hope this helps. If you are still having problems, please ask.
