Just found gocorgi!

Hi! My name is Margo and Chloe is the wonderful red and white PWC who "owns" us! We brought her home on May 22 last year, as a 29th anniversary gift to ourselves - Chloe will be a year old on April 2. She is a moderately Fluffy Corgi with a delightful personality - while she is still a rascal puppy, she is anxious to please as well. She has learned many "tricks" and will sometimes perform them all together in order to get a treat! We especially like the sit-spin-roll combination!!

I fell in love with Corgis when I saw "Edward" in Accidental Tourist. Prior to that I was only acquainted with Tasha Tudor's drawings of Pems. Around here Corgis are not a particulary common dog and people are always asking us about our "Sheltie" - why is she so short? So pretty much, every time we go for a walk, I am prepared to "educate" the public about Corgis!!

For the past several weeks I have been enjoying www.dogster.com and today I was thrilled to discovered this site. Actually, several of the Corgis I am "acquainted with" on dogster are members here!

Well, Chloe is barking to let us know it is time for dinner!

Hi Margo
If you enjoyed the Corgi in the movie, The Accidental Tourist , then you would be delighted with the Pem in the Disney TV movie Little Lost Dog.

Some GoCorgi members are interested in getting Disney to produce Little Lost Dog as a video and CD. If you want to join in the clamour, let me know and I'll tell you how it's done.

Obviously, promotion of the Corgi through one of these films has benefitted you because on the basis of the movie, you eventually went out and snapped up a Corgi - and have no regrets. I think the name of this site - GoCorgis - is an excellent phrase for a Tshirt. How about a shirt with the words " Go Corgis "and a picture of a young Pem and a young Cardi underneath the heading. Corgis, especially Pems are all go and us Corgi fans do want Corgis to go, as in "go man, go."
