Congrats on the new addition! Chosing a name can always be fun! hmm valentine related names? valentino....Don ( don juan) , cupid... lol oh I could go on like this all day! LOL! So happy for you, you MUST take a photo and post so we can all see the new baby!

I knew exactly what I wanted too, Susan - a red & white, regular coated male. (and ended up with a RHT, fluffy female!!!!)

OK We found a name. Actually my 2 year old son found it. He told everyone today his name was Boots - we hadnt even told anyone we had a puppy yet. He named it without anyone telling him to! It is kinda funny cause his mom and dad have Cowboy in their registered names so he will be Cowboy Boots! hee hee hee hee. He also has white feet which fits!

He is so sneaky. I hadnt wanted to tell my mom yet about our pup cause I wanted to be the one to show him to her and tell the story but my son just started spouting Boots Boots Boots everywhere. She asked him who it was and he told her! Oh well. So much for the valentines day names huh?!

I will take some pics asap for you guys to see!

Hello and welcome. Both Chip and Dale have cowboy in their pedigrees also.
They are red and white and we live in TN too.

Welcome! I have an almost 1 year old human boy (who is trying to pull up my shirt and put something under there as I type LOL).... and, of course, the corgis. Both my corgis are boys, Checkers is 1 1/2 year old red-headed tri, and Gator is a 5.5 month old red/white that we just got a few weeks ago. That was a sneaky trick by your husband, but I'm so glad you got your puppy anyway! Congratulations... and enjoy puppyhood while it lasts.
