Hello, my name is Lisa and I have a 16-week old Corgi, a cute little girl named Mazie. It is my first experience with a Corgi - I had a cocker spaniel who passed away after Christmas. I am quickly learning of the differences in the breeds. I was very glad to find this website and am sure it will be helpful in her development.

Lisa,

You have two Pembroke Corgi clubs relatively close to you - Ohio Valley PWC Club <http://ohiovalleycorgi.org/> and the PWC Club of the Western Reserve <http://www.pwccwr.org> Both have fun day events for corgi owners. Also on June 11 th in Marion, OH there will be a corgi picnic:

Congrats re your first Pem, Mazie. Perhaps you might share with us, a few of the most memorable differences between your Corgi and your recently deceased Cocker (English variety I presume).
