Moose would like to say "Hi"
Hi, I'm a new member. My name is Cori and I'm the owner of Moose, my almost 5 month old red-headed tri Pem. We've had him for almost two months and he's such a joy. I originally found GoCorgi when I searched for info about his floppy ears. Now I'm just happy to have found a group that loves their Corgis as much as I do!

Thanks for the welcome!
Abby and Colby, you are both beautiful dogs! Moose loves to wrestle with our terrier mix and chew on the kitchen chairs. He'll have his first camping trip next weekend. We're so excited! Micheal, we're still working on the ears. He's got a bigger bone structure than many Pems (he may be outside standards when he's full grown) and I think his ears are more wide-set than usual. I've taped his ears four times, leaving it on for 5 days each time and they flop down as soon as the tape is removed. After all the taping, they are more bat-like than floppy but they still aren't upright at all. We're giving him cottage cheese each morning and I plan to try some Vitamin C. How long do some dogs have to be taped to see results? This is as upright as his ears get. ![]() This is what they looked like when I brought him home.

Should be taped for 7-10 days at a time. Are you using the right taping method?? You could seek expert advice. I think the ear erection thing becomes a lost cause if your dog is no longer a pup.
