Hello From Ireland - 01-26-2008, 04:00 PM

Hi

I joined just after New Year & posted my intro. message in early Jan 2008, but it got lost in the crash!!

My husband & I own 2 Pembroke corgis, Apollo who is 5 years and Cassie who is 9 mths. My parents have owned corgis for years, both Pembroke & Cardigan, so when we were looking for a dog a Corgi was an obvious choice!

Reading this forum I realise Apollo's cute habits are common to many (all??) corgis, his funny upside way of sleeping, his tendancy to FRAP, the many different voices he has!!

Hi again!

I remember you. You had some beautiful pictures of your dogs and the lovely landscape in Ireland. Repost your photos when you have time.

Sadly, a couple of discussions were lost with the hack.

Yeeahhh, it worked today

we don't have many photos of the dogs as Apollo is camera shy & when you are just ready to take the snap he moves & usually we get (another) picture of his rear end!! He has taught the pupppy to avoid the camera too

This photo was taken at the end of December last, up a mountain in the Comeragh mountain range, in the south east of Ireland.

Apollo & Cassie always love going for a walk, no matter where or whether its a long trek/short stroll.
