Rocky update

It's been a long time since I stopped in for a visit. First, I'd like to thank admin. for their help with my log on difficulties.

Rocky, the Corgi/Chihuahua cross has settled in quite nicely. Most of the issues he came with have magically disappeared as he became more comfortable here. He still has dislike for men in general, but now he gives them the benefit of the doubt, and has even statrted to ask for their attention. He has also started sleeping on my S.O.s lap in the evenings.

His health is definitely improving, and his spring coat is coming in sable instead of red. He's getting to be quite the handsome little guy with more Corgi attributes than Chihuahua.

The only problem we have with him, is his instinct to work stock. He doesn't realize horses and cows are much different than sheep, and I fear for his life at times. He's not allowed with the stock, he's just very fast about slipping through doors and gates. He knows what stay means. He just chooses to ignore it when stock is involved.
