LOL Nothing like a bit of Oahu beach sand to keep one's nose from sunburn, eh?

Welcome to GoCorgi!

He digs in the sand to try to get at the crabs. We're on the Big Island, not Oahu. This photo is a favorite. Can anyone tell me which kind of corgi he looks like? Would he be considered a "fluffy"?

Westin is a cutie!

Thanks for replying, Kelsey. Your dog is one of the cutest I've ever seen! I never knew that some Corgis are fluffy until I joined. I always thought there was another breed in his "mix" causing the fluffiness.

If your very cute and appealing Hank is a cross breed then why would one part of him be a Corgi fluff? He's most likely a Spaniel-Corgi

If he were pure corgi yes, but since he's a corgi mix, we cannot tell if he'd be a fluffy or not. His coat proably comes from whoever the other breed is. And hard to tell what that might be. Spaniels, Golden, Sheltie, could be many things. And could be the fluff gene mixed with one of those allows for his coat length.
