Hello, New to forums.

Hey everyone, i'm from los angeles, CA.

I got a 11 week old pembroke welsh corgi 3 weeks ago. His name is Duke. I just finished giving him his first bath....quite an experience...haha.
I hope to join the community and learn alot more about my pup!

Duke is adorable. I remember when Molly was that small and had that much black on her. They grow fast. Enjoy and Welcome.

Thanks for the warm welcomes/compliments. Duke can be so energetic at times, but then quickly fall asleep 5mins later...haha.

Do corgi's lose their black fur as they grow older?

That'll be something to watch for in the future...the color coat changing!

The harness i bought was something i bought at the nearest petco when i got the puppy...it was a little too big for him so i got a new collar that fits better, shown on the first picture.

No Duke will stay a red headed tri color. He might lose or gain a little black on his back.

Molly had a lot more black as a puppy but now has a lot more red on her. Below are 2 pictures: one of Molly as a puppy with a lot of black and one that is more recent. You can see in the recent one she has red up her legs and more on her head. More recently she has even more red.
