Okay, okay, so Henderson, really, but that doesn't have as much ring to it. haha.

My name is Linsey, I just got married in December and moved to Henderson NV just outside of Las Vegas. I hate it, but it's just for a few years while my husband finishes school.
I haven't found a job here yet, sadly, but that means I get to stay at home with my house full of animals. I have a German SHepherd mix, Champ, who is my forever foster... and then there's my Pembroke Welsh Corgi boy, Grissom (yeah, just like on CSI) who is just over one year old. We also have Annie, our almost 6 month old Boxer girl, and of course Ellie the cat.

I love all my animals, of course, and am always willing to take "just one more" but my Grissom is just THAT dog for me. He's my little boy, and I love him so much. We've been through a lot together, and I almost lost him once. He was sick for about 7 months before we discovered the carbohydrates in commercial dog food were not sitting well with his little body. I have since put him on a prey model raw diet and LOVE the results.

I am active on more forums than I'd like to admit, and look forward to getting to know everyone here!

Welcome to the forum! I love Grissom's name ( favorite character on CSI...watching it less often now that he is gone) and his handsome corgi smile! Sounds like you have your hands full with a house full of pets! I live in CT with my husband, two cats (suki and Ka-sea) and my two pembrokes- Dillon , 4 1/2 yrs and Gus 5 yrs old. They bring us great joy.

Haha, Vegas is misery to me. Everyone keeps telling me if I make it through the first year I won't want to leave though, so I guess we'll see. It's hardly been a month so far, and I must say sin city has not grown on me at all.

but Grissom loves not being in the snow anymore! (though I'm dying to move back to Utah)

lol, Piper will stay with my dad. Zero and Jordi are my boys.
I think Vegas is a no go... families house may not be able to be rented to us... someone doesnt want to move out! ;( I sad...

Welcome! I am new here myself. I just picked up my new addition to the family Saturday. She was 8 weeks old Saturday, and I've had her picked out since she was about 3 weeks old! She is a sable "fluffy" pembroke corgi. I plan to do some rally-o with her, and possibly some agility

Her name is "Bella Claire". She has an older brother, Tucker, who is an AKC Champion Boxer..and a big sis, Sophie, who is a spayed Miniature Dachshund. Anyone else in Missouri?

Susan62inmo, you have a beautiful looking pack! So she's 8 wks old and her name is Bella Claire! I didn't see this thread until after I asked about your Corgi's name and age on another posting. She is lovely. Tucker is very handsome and Sophie is a very nice doxie! Congratulations! =)
