Snow!!

We awoke this morning to a ground cover of snow!!! This is the earliest snow I ever can remember here in west Michigan! Chloe seemed unfazed, however, I wish I was finished with the mittens I am knitting! Anyone else in the Northern Hemisphere get snow last night?

Oh my Gosh Margo,

I am glad it bypassed us - though they said we could possibly get some - maybe it is way further up north. We have terrible wind today; the wind chill is around 25 degrees and sort of like a shock to the body after just having warm weather a few days ago.

Chloe looks beautiful in the snow

We haven't had snow yet, but it sure feels alot colder! We had a freeze advisory in effect this morning. I'm excited about our first snow though because I can't wait to see how Dudley will act!
Gorgeous pic of Chloe!

Um...there's a cold snap coming through Texas tomorrow and Saturday. Highs in the mid-70s, lows in the mid-50s....brrrrr.

so very funny you are You ought to think about taking a winter vacation in Wisconsin - say about Mid January

Cody was walking ever so slowly on the grass this morning when taken out to go potty - it was all frosty and crunchy and he was sort of picking up his paws as if he didn't like the feel of it.

That sounds like a good idea - just pack the snow in freeze dried ice.

Dillon loves the frosty grass ( we havent had any yet) he licks and nibbles on it! He is such a cold weather kind of boy. This weekend it is said that our weather will be highs in the 50's lows around 36- chilly! I dont mind cool weather, i am just soooo not ready for snow.

Chloe is sooo beautiful in that photo, i just want to run my hands through her fluffy fur!!!

Chloe does look lovely in the photo - nothing like contrasting her beautiful coat against the white of the snow.
Rupe loves the cold weather too - the colder the better. Except when it's 10 or more below and I make him wear his coat - he'd rather go naked!
This was 30 below zero:

oh Rupe looks so cute in the winter coat - it looks burrr cold! I am attaching some pics of Dillon in the snow. Dillon loves to eat snow, so one of the pics is what he looks like when he looks up with snow in his nose from all the eating! THe one where all you see is his head is when he was tossed in the 33 inches of snow we got in one big storm last year-
