Yes, I am well up with the play. There are now five breeds of dogs that are banned from being imported here, shown in conformation or bred from. One was added with the new legislation. The NZ Kennel Club supports the new regulations which are a partial sensible approach to a problem caused largely by Pit Bill Terrier and PBT-crosses and poor/bad owners. The other side of the equation is the dog owner. Should be more radical penalties imposed on the wayward owner/handler.
