I'm picking that Debbie (Glencorgi) would not want Briani to watch Best In Show because it might 'poison' her mind. All the forms of relationships (person-dog, person-person) portrayed in the movie do exist in one way or another.

No, I won't recommend it because it is <IMO> a crummy movie. It isn't funny, very few likable characters and very standard fair from this ensemble. Basically it is a Mighty Wind or Waiting for Guffman with dogs. Christopher Guest peaked with This is Spinal Tap. It has nothing to do with that bogus A/R influenced list categorizing dog owners you've decided is definitive gospel.

With Briani showing in Juniors, I'm pretty sure she's getting a good dose of real life conformation world.

Its a scary world once you get to know owners/handlers and judges - better to remain blissfully ignorant.

Here is just a couple of Corgi show owners/handlers:
There was this Pommie (English) woman of no looks at all and little personality, yet she had two acceptable 'husbands' at the one time. They were brothers also from England. At each show she attended with her Corgi's. she would have one of them along as her spouse. What they saw in her for her to have it so good??????? Now that was funny.
Then there was the wife who never stopped nagging her husband, Nothing he did was any good. When her Corgis failed to win it was the fault of her long suffering husband, the handler. She was not only a nagger but a gossiper. Tell her something and it would be passed on even while you listened....... and sometimes the wrong story/info.
