Well your 15 beats my 12 - and some of those 12 I don't remember much if anything. I had left one of the movies out so got lazy and created a 'b' where it should have gone.

Only five of the movies I think I have seen at least part of them, one on DVD and the rest of the five, I have seen part of them on TV.

I'm at nine, unless #14 is really "The Truth About Cats and Dogs", then I'm at ten. Loved that movie.

I was a kid when most of these came out, though, so that may explain why I've seen quite a few of them!! (and if they didn't come out when I was a kid, I've got 6 younger siblings to make up for my teenage years!)

Coincidently. I saw most of Best In Show last night - over the top of course though some of it ranked true to form and reasons why I can dislike so much conformation shows and showing. The best parts were when the stupid commentator at The Show was discussing anything and everything.
One dog-related movie i loved was the dog and Jack Nicholson in As Good As it Gets.

I disliked Best In Show, did not care for it at all. It missed on so many levels, but for someone who isn't able to make it in that venue, I can understand why they might like it. I've seen over 20 of the movies on the list, some as a kid, some having children in the house during the time they came out and of course with cable/satellite movie channels.

On a related note to "Best In Show" I noticed that Animal Planet started replaying their series "Showdog Moms and Dads" yesterday evening. They couldn't have found a more extreme group of "kooks" if they had hired scripted actors. The dog owners they showcase all treat their pets like human babies.

"Reality TV" usually "isn't".

There were only a couple of real "dog" people in that show. The Aussie lady and her junior were pretty real. The couple from AZ (maybe ????) were pretty true. The blonde lady from FL, her I've actually run into and talked to at a show. She was vending, had dog clothes, carriers and such.

I've only seen 18 of the movies. That's only because I'm younger though, and my family is a biggggg animal family, so we've seen just about everything. However, I haven't seen Best In Show, but I'll check it out later on Youtube to see if anything I would like to see is in there [even though you guys didn't really care for it]

Showdog Moms and Dads- As for that show, I haven't seen it yet. I'll also look for that.
