Unhappy Do I have a right to visitation?

Ok first of all I know it's silly and I'm 95% kidding. Well Lady's boyfriend and Lady haven't gotten to see each other in awhile. My girlfriend told me that Vadar's parents have broken up recently and I haven't seen him outside at all in like 3 weeks. He does still live with the mommy but she is never home. I'm getting pretty upset that they don't get to see each other. I don't know what to do. When I take Lady for walks, she tugs me to Vadar's house. She doesn't get to see him. Should I write a letter and confess our feelings about our loneliness or should I go to an attorney to get weekend visitations every other weekend? Jr

How well do you know Vadars Owners? If you know the Mrs. pretty well,
give her a call and ask if Lady and Vadar can get together for some play time. Maybe then you will be able to see if she is still going to be able to take
care of Vadar(since you mentioned that she is mostly gone a lot)

Don't think an attorney can help you out with this one(but I am assuming that
comment was not serious)

You may want to offer to doggysit or ask if she would like you to include him in your walks with Lady. She may appreciate this. Good luck!

if she's rarely home, why not either stick a note with your phone number in her mailbox or stickynote it to her door (without your phone number but perhaps with your address on it).

well tonight I was able to speak with her at her home. I think everything is cleared up. Lady got to see Vadar and I got to drink a few beers. I expressed to her how I felt about the situation and I told her I would love to have Vadar if she was to ever go away for the weekend or whatever. She told me she was going ot be going to Alaska for 10 days so I may be able to get him for that time. Since I do want to get another corgi, I think if I had him for awhile I would be able to tell if I should get another one. Fingers crossed, but I'm not sure if I will get the opportunity to get to spend a good amount of time with him and Lady.

Glad you were able to spend some time with your neighbor and Lady and Vadar got to play. My best friend lives outside Philly and she has a neighbor who has a littermate of her dog. They have regular playdates when the neighbor's dog spends an afternoon w/ her dog. The neighbor rarely reciperocates but that is fine with her. She has a fenced yard for them, the neighbor doesn't.

It's amazing to me that they actually have friends and know when they haven't seen them in awhile. My neighbor's mother has a Corgi named Scooter and Tucker sees him every Monday night at Obedience class. Old Scooter got a boo-boo when he got run over by their yard master so he didn't go to class Monday night. Tucker spent half the class looking all over for Scooter.

On the way home I pulled into the gas station to spend my life savings to fill my tank (kidding) and there was Scooter w/ his Dad. I had to let Tucker out of the car to say hello to Scoots. His week would have been all out of sorts.

By the way.... Scooter took posession of their grandaughter's car seat that was kept in the back seat of their car. It's hysterical, here sits Scooter, as good as can be, in the child protective seat!!!!
