It can be about our corgis or any other pet we may have had or still have.

Here is one of mine.

When I lived in Nebraska, my now 12 year old cat decided to climb into my daughters little Playskool doll house - all of a sudden he stuck his head out of one of the windows. Now, he was a tiny kitten at that time, but once he got his head through, he could not get it back out. It was a very small window.

So here I was, with young kids in the back seat, driving to my vet with a dollhouse(a small one) on my lap with a cat stuck inside the window. Yes me

I can still remember the look on everyones face at the vets office. My vet had to grease my little guys neck and head down to get him out - now I should have thought of doing that myself, but I didn't; worrisome me just sort of panicked; and hubby was out of town on business. Anyway, it was an embarrassing moment and I can only imagine that he is still telling that story to others.

My kitty~witty Sunshine used to LOVE the vaccume ! She would climb on it and sit down. When I would walk over to it and take the cord to go plug it in...she would run over to it...and flop down on the front of it! Even when I turned it on...Sunshine would just "chill out" !

She was fearless...

My Corgis biggest embarrasments to me over the years are:
When they display a distinct dislike to another pooch who may be a saint in the eyes of their owner.
Whenever my male Corgis ( all not neutered) got their romantic senses confused and showed gay tendancies to other peoples male dogs.
Whenever my Corgis became enamoured ( aroused) with a human female.
When they decided to poop in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Nikki - I wouldn't say that it went that far. But only today, during the Corgi walk I had organised, Taylor beelined for another male Corgi ( and around his own age) and kept up his prodding and touching for a good part of the journey. Taylor is definitely looking for a love angle - I only hope he too choses a Corgi who can cook him up a good meal. But I prefer that he sticks to the boy-girl type of relationship. However, it does show how well male Corgis can get on with one another
