Linda:

Those Christmas cards are adorable. It is hard to believe summer is gone and it's almost time to think of Christmas.

Linda - they are beautiful cards- the likes I have never seen before - great detail and a real pull on cuteness.
Two other comments - talk on another thread about Corgis and cold conditions - most of these cards show Corgis enjoying the snow - which they do.
Would not it be more satisfying to you and others, if you purchased blank Christmas cards and stuck on the front or inside, a lovely and adorable pic of your own Corgi/s - maybe with a Santa hat on or a red scarf aorund his/her neck. Now your friends and relations might just be expecting the unexpected when your own 'signature' card arrives in their mailbox. A reasonably good photo is easy to photocopy in colour and quite cheap (as in costs).

I am thinking of that other option. I am going to try and see if both kids would be willing to do a scene taken outdoors with Cody in the snow.

With our new camera/printer, I am sure we could come up with a great picture; maybe with a Christmas themed fabric collar on Cody with a bow or something.(That may be all I can get him to keep on)

Thanks, Linda, for the tip. What a superb website. For pet owners, it's the ultimate, and the art work is fantastic. I recommend everyone visit.

I like the "Christmas Imposter" cards on that site.

I am of the ilk Michael spoke of. I make my own cards every year. Folks come to look forward to whatever goofy idea I come up with. The Corgis don't seem to enjoy it as much as the people - oddly.
The photo of the two of them on the bed was called "Waiting for Santa" and the one of Riley was called "Riley, the Reluctant Reindeer".

Great pictures Deb, I loved the one of Riley I am going to try and do a personalized one this year, with my two kids and Cody in the snow.
