As a matter of fact, yes, Sooner is named for OK but not neccessarily the University! Oklahoma is the Sooner state and he came from OK. We root for the Sooners now though! I bought Bill an OK Sooner hoody! He's a good sport and wears it anyway. He's a die-hard Penn State fan, LOL!
The blues are eye catching! We originally wanted a female but the breeder only originally had 2 males for sale. Right after, days after, Blizzard flew in she called and told me the female, who was spectacular, would be for sale. She also told me the female was a bit bossy so I passed. I even had a name and everything! =)
