This is just horrific - as well as the new policy that means animals will be euthanized after 72 hours in the shelter!! Disgusting.

They are only going to give animals 72 hours to be adopted -

that is incredibly sad

The spokesperson for the shelter talked of "best laid plans". How could staff not be educated enough to know the animals were sick and suffering???

Look at how many of us panic and run to the vet over the littles things (OK, I RUN TO THE VET OVER LITTLE THINGS!)! Sounds fishy to me......
