Anyone in the medical field will tell you that neutering a dog is an act of mutilation.
How can a dog remember his tail when it was gone before he even had a memory? Docking is between birth and three days old.

And no, not "anyone" in the medical field will tell me that neutering is mutilation. Vets in the US will not say that, most of them do not belive that. They promote spaying and neutering of pets.
