Agility?//Herding? - 02-27-2008, 11:47 AM

I was wondering, since I know Westin's overbite and his "fluff-ness" keep him out of showing, if he can still do herding and agility competitions. I read in another post (can't remember who said it) that there's something called a P.A.L.S. or some such thing? What are the requirements for that and how do I sign up? Would there be any adverse effects of him showing? (he's built fine, just the long fur and funny mouth!)

Did you register him with AKC? IF he's already AKC registered or eligible for AKC registration - send in his papers, and you don't need the P.A.L.S.

He can participate in any AKC event open to corgis, except conformation, if he is AKC registered. IF he is not AKC registered or eligible for AKC registration, then P.A.L.S. will open the same doors for him. Proof of neutering, microchip, and photos will have to be sent with the application form.
